Cake In A Jar

Directions

   Mix sugar, margarine and eggs; add bananas, then milk.

   Sift flour and soda.

   Add to sugar mixture.

   Stir in nuts and vanilla. Bake in wide mouth canning jar.

   Spray inside of jar with Pam. Fill jar a little over 1/2 full.

   Bake at 350° until done.

   Check with toothpick.

   Place lid on jar while hot and immediately turn upside down to cool.

   This will seal jars.
