- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. mashed bananas
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan.

3Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and make well in center.

4Add other ingredients; mix well.

5Pour into pan and bake 65 to 75 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and turn out of pan.

6Dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped topping or frost.
