  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. milk
