- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. jello (lemon powder)
- 2/3 c. calamondin pulp
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. xxxx sugar
- 1/2 c. calamondin pulp
- 1 tsp. lemon extract or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix the first 7 ingredients

2together at one time for 5 minutes.

3Bake in Bundt pan or tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Generously grease Bundt pan and/or tube pan before putting in mixture.

4After 10 minutes of standing after baking, while still hot, mix and pour over xxxx sugar, calamondin pulp and lemon extract or lemon juice.
