Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch white sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups milk
Directions

1Place flour, sugar and salt in bowl.

2Melt butter allow to cool slightly.

3Add egg to butter and beat lightly.

4Add butter and milk to bowl.

5Fold until just combined (mix should be fluffy and slightly sticky to touch)

6Turn onto floured surface.

7Flatten with hands to approx 5cm thick DO NOT FOLD MIXTURE.

8Cut into squares or cut out circles with cookie cutter.

9Place on oiled tray in 180C oven for 10-15 minutes or until slightly browned.
