- 1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow layer cake mix
- 1/3 c. milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (do not add water)
- 1/2 c. calamondin puree
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Combine cake mix with Jell-O; add milk and mix.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add extract, puree and oil slowly.

4In 10 x 13-inch pan, bake at 350° until done.

5In Bundt pan, bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
