  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow layer cake mix
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (do not add water)
  • 1/2 c. calamondin puree
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract

Directions

    Combine cake mix with Jell-O; add milk and mix.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Add extract, puree and oil slowly.

    In 10 x 13-inch pan, bake at 350° until done.

    In Bundt pan, bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
