- 2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium)
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Have your mommie boil and mash the potatoes.

2Beat in the milk in small amounts.

3Add margarine, salt and pepper; beat vigorously until potatoes are light and fluffy.

4Delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner, at least, I think so.

5Serve with Ritz crackers.
