  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 small onion

Directions

    Brown beef with chopped onion. Remove fat. Mix all ingredients together in large microwave dish. Place lid on. Cook on high until hot.
