Calico Dip

Name: Calico Dip
Ingredients: 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese; 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese; 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 large jar chipped beef, cut in small pieces; 1 round loaf sourdough bread; 2 c. sour cream; 3 green onions, diced

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large jar chipped beef, cut in small pieces
1 round loaf sourdough bread
2 c. sour cream
3 green onions, diced

Directions

Cut off top or round loaf.

Pull inside of bread out (with fork) in dip-sized pieces.

Mix ingredients and spoon into hollow loaf.

Replace round top; wrap in foil and bake in oven at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.

Before serving, place small pieces of bread pulled from loaf on cookie sheet and place under broiler just long enough to lightly toast and harden pieces.

Remove lid from loaf and dip pieces into cheese mix.

When bread bits are gone, tear off pieces of loaf to eat.
