- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/3 c. quick cooking rice
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Tear off a 36 x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.

2Fold in half to make an 18-inch square.

3Fold up sides, using your fist to form a pouch.

4In a bowl, thoroughly combine vegetables, rice, water, cheese, salt, onion salt, rosemary and pepper.

5Place mixture in pouch.

6Dot with butter.

7Fold edges of foil to seal pouch securely.

8Grill over medium-hot coals, about 30 minutes or until done.
