Ingredients

  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can sliced carrots (optional)
  • 1 c. chopped celery (celery seed will do)
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Drain vegetables and mix together.

    Bring sugar, salad oil and vinegar to a boil.

    Pour over vegetables and toss.

    Keeps up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
