  • 16 oz. bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. instant rice
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Combine in a casserole vegetables, soup, rice and cheese.

    Melt butter and pour over the top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
