- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 4 c. rice, cooked
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. green chilies
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Lightly grease 2-quart baking dish.

2In hot butter in skillet, saute onion until golden.

3Remove from heat; stir in rice and other ingredients with half of sharp cheese.

4Toss lightly to mix well.

5Put in baking dish and sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 375° or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
