California Vegetable Medley

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen California mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 5 oz. tortellini or eggbow pasta
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Prepare vegetables as directed on package, cooking in the chicken bouillon.

2Add wine and seasonings.

3In the meantime, cook pasta al dente and drain.

4If the sauce in the vegetables is too thin, thicken with some cornstarch.

5Mix vegetables together with pasta.

6Serve with Parmesan cheese to taste.

7Frozen broccoli can be substituted for mixed vegetables.
