Ingredients

  • 1 c. orange or apple juice (unsweetened)
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
  • 1/2 ripe cantaloupe, cut into chunks and freeze until solid
  • fresh strawberries
  • additional melon chunks

Directions

    Place all but last 2 ingredients in blender.

    Process with an on-off pulsing motion until melon chunks are crushed.

    Spoon into individual 6-ounce glasses decorated with fresh strawberries and melon chunks threaded alternately on skewers kabob style.

    Makes two 8-ounce glasses.
