- 1/2 ripe cantaloupe, cut into chunks and freeze until solid

Directions

1Place all but last 2 ingredients in blender.

2Process with an on-off pulsing motion until melon chunks are crushed.

3Spoon into individual 6-ounce glasses decorated with fresh strawberries and melon chunks threaded alternately on skewers kabob style.
