- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- #2 can beets, reserve juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Pinch of salt
Directions

1Heat to boiling: pineapple, beet juice and vinegar.

2Mix cornstarch and sugar and add to liquid.

3Cook until thickened. Add drain beets, butter and salt.

4Serve hot.
