- 3/4 cups Julienne Carrots
- 3/4 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 3/4 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
- Salt To Taste
Directions

1Add 2 tablespoons butter to pan on medium heat.

2Add onions and cook until translucent.

3Add carrots and peppers, saute for approximately 5 minutes.

4Add half of rice and incorporate.

5Add remaining rice.

6Add remaining butter.

7Taste and add salt if needed, or even more butter (if rice is dry).
