  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
  • 1/2 whole Large Onion, Diced
  • 3/4 cups Julienne Carrots
  • 3/4 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 3/4 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
  • Salt To Taste

    Add 2 tablespoons butter to pan on medium heat.

    Add onions and cook until translucent.

    Add carrots and peppers, saute for approximately 5 minutes.

    Add half of rice and incorporate.

    Add remaining rice.

    Add remaining butter.

    Taste and add salt if needed, or even more butter (if rice is dry).
