- flour, for dredging
- 1 ounce chopped onion
- 1 diced shallot
- 1 12 ounces mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 ounces turkey or 3 ounces chicken broth
- 2 ounces marsala wine
Directions
