Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 lb. hot ham
- 1/4 lb. Genoa salami
- 1/4 lb. Mortadella
- 1/4 lb. Provolone
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small can sliced black olives
Directions

1Roll out dough to fit lengthwise on cookie sheet.

2Place on cookie sheet and set aside.

3Heat margarine in skillet.

4Saute red pepper until tender, then add mushrooms until golden.

5Remove with slotted spoon onto paper towels; drain well.

6Set aside.

7Layer hot ham, salami and Mortadella on dough.

8Next spoon pepper/mushroom mixture on top.

9Spoon black olives next, then layer with Provolone cheese.

10Fold dough over one, more than halfway and again on the other side.

11Pinch ends.

12Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
