Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 marinara sauce
- 2 cup grated cheese (Colby works best)
- 1 packages pepperoni, Canadian bacon, hamburger, or meat of your choice
- 1 onion, peppers, olives, pineapple, or filling of your choice
- 1 egg, whisked and set aside
Directions

1For the dough: Mix flour, salt, and yeast.

2Mix in oil, egg, and hot water.

3Stir until sticky but firm and pulling away from the sides of the bowl.

4Let set 5 minutes.

5Divide dough into 4 pieces.

6Roll each piece of dough into circles approximately 1/4 inch thick.

7Add marinara, leaving 1/2-1 inch free of any sauce or filling at the edge of the dough

8Top with ingredients of choice (pictured is pepperoni).

9Top this with 1/2 cup of cheese.

10Fold dough in half over the top of the ingredients so that bit looks like a half circle.

11Roll the edge together to seal.

12Place on baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash

13Bake at 400F for about 25 minutes.

14Allow to cool before eating
