  • 1/2 pound pizza dough, cut in 2 pieces 1 cup ricotta 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce pepperoni, chopped 1/4 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder and onion powder tomato sauce, optional

Directions

    Stretch each piece of dough into a 7-inch circle. Combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon half of the mixture into the center of each dough round. Fold the dough over to form a half moon. Roll the edges and crimp being sure to seal well and place into the wells.

    Cook 7 minutes or until evenly browned. Remove and serve with tomato sauce, if desired.
