- 1 round Camembert cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- French bread baguette
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Directions

1Dip cheese in egg and then in bread crumbs.

2Saute cheese in butter until inside of cheese is melted.

3Remove from pan.

4Saute chives in same pan for just a minute, then pour over cheese.

5Serve with thin slices of French bread.

6Serves 4 to 8.
