  • 1 potato, per person
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    wash, peel potato if you like.

    slice potato from top to bottom until you get several french fry looking pieces.

    add 1 tablespoon of onion.

    add 1 tablespoon of margarine.

    season with salt and pepper.

    Wrap tightly in foil.

    Place on coals, firepit rack, bar-b-que etc and cook for 45-55 min until done.

    Turning every 10 - 15 min to prevent burning.

    remove and let cool for a few minutes before opening.
