- 1 potato, per person
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1wash, peel potato if you like.

2slice potato from top to bottom until you get several french fry looking pieces.

3add 1 tablespoon of onion.

4add 1 tablespoon of margarine.

5season with salt and pepper.

6Wrap tightly in foil.

7Place on coals, firepit rack, bar-b-que etc and cook for 45-55 min until done.

8Turning every 10 - 15 min to prevent burning.

9remove and let cool for a few minutes before opening.
