Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground deer meat
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 c. beef broth
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • slice of 1/2 lemon
  • sour cream
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. broken spaghetti

Directions

    Brown beef and onion in a 4-quart pan.

    Drain.

    Add the other ingredients except lemon, spaghetti and sour cream.

    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

    Add spaghetti and simmer 15 minutes more or until spaghetti is ready.
