Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 pieces chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 lb. stew beef, boiled and deboned
  • 1 can Castleberry's barbecue pork
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. hot barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • water

Directions

    Boil chicken and stew beef together.

    Cut potatoes and chop onions and boil together.
  3. 3
    Place in large boiler and add other ingredients.

    (Put corn in last because it will scorch.)

    Add enough water to make the consistency right and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes or longer if needed, and serve.
