- Worcestershire to taste
Directions

1Mash meat and partially brown.

2Pour off fat, then cover meat with water.

3Cover, then finish browning, approximately 30 minutes.

5Let simmer another 15 to 20 minutes.

6Add tomatoes, catsup and Worcestershire and let simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
