- 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (with cheese)
- 1 (8 oz.) can baby lima beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. bell pepper flakes
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown 1-inch cubes of meat.

2Stir in other ingredients. Simmer and cook 10 minutes.

3Mix biscuit mix and water. Drop on stew.

4Add oregano and paprika.

5Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes or until dumplings are done.
