Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned (drain off fat)
- 4 c. water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large can (46 oz.) tomato juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook onion, celery and cabbage in water in stock pot until the onion and celery are clear.

2Add tomato juice, Veg-All and Worcestershire sauce and cook 10 minutes.

3Add hamburger, salt and pepper.

4Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Makes 2 quarts.
