Tuna Stuffed Eggs

- 10 Eggs
- 7 ounces, weight Canned Tuna, Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- 1 bunch Dill, Shredded
Directions

1Bring a pot of water to a boil.

2Add the eggs and boil for 10 minutes but no longer.

3Remove the eggs from the water using a slotted spoon and put them into a bowl of ice.

4Let the eggs cool then remove the shells and cut each egg in half lengthwise.

5Carefully take out the yolks and smash them in a bowl adding the tuna and mayonnaise.

6Mix the ingredients until you have a smooth mash.

7Season with salt and pepper.

8The yolk/tuna stuff is ready.

9Now fill every egg half with the stuffing, place on a large plate and sprinkle with dill greens.
