- 3 lb hamburger
- 1 lrg onion, peeled and diced
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 3 x (10 ounce.) cans concentrated vegetable soup salt and pepper
Directions

1Make balls of hamburger, adding seasoning.

2Fry with onions in a frying pan or possibly in the bottom of a kettle till onion is light brown and balls are well browned all over.

3Pour off excess fat.

4Add in vegetable soup and sufficient water or possibly soup stock to prevent sticking.

5Cover and cook slowly till meat balls are cooked all through.

6Serve warm.
