- 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed firmly
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix well the flour and 2 tablespoons brown sugar.

2With fingers, work in 1/2 cup butter until dough begins to hold together.

3Press in bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.
