- 2 lb. cut meat
- 2 big onions
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. Everglade seasoning
- potatoes to suit yourself, cut in pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 rutabaga
- flour or cornstarch to thicken
Directions

1Fry meat.

2When almost done, put in the onions and scallions until the meat is done.

3Add the red pepper, potatoes, Everglade seasoning, salt, pepper and rutabaga.

4Bring to a boil, then add the butter.

5Cook until done and spice to suit yourself.
