  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa sweet ground
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • salt
  • 1 cup raw almonds

    Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Place a layer of parchment paper on a baking sheet.

    Mix the cardamom, egg white, brown sugar, cocoa, white sugar, vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.

    Add almonds and mix.

    Spread the almonds out on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, let the almonds cool off completely, sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of cinnamon. Serve at room temperature.
