- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 egg white
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa sweet ground
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- salt
- 1 cup raw almonds
Directions

1Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Place a layer of parchment paper on a baking sheet.

3Mix the cardamom, egg white, brown sugar, cocoa, white sugar, vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.

4Add almonds and mix.

5Spread the almonds out on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

6Remove from the oven, let the almonds cool off completely, sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of cinnamon. Serve at room temperature.
