- 6 medium size (about 1 1/2 lb.) carrots
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Set out a small baking dish.

2Wash carrots and scrape.

3Cook whole carrots 15 to 25 minutes or until just tender.

4Meanwhile, combine brown sugar, water and margarine in small saucepan.

5Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

6Drain carrots and place in baking dish.

7Cover with sugar mixture.

8Bake at 350° about 10 minutes or until carrots are completely glazed.

9Baste occasionally.
