- 12 cup butter
- 34 cup maple syrup
- 1 12 teaspoons ginger
- 2 -4 chicken breasts
Directions

1Melt butter into frying pan or skillet over medium heat, add maple syrup and melt together as well.

2Stir often.

3Add ginger, and mix all these together, once mixed well, add breasts.

4Cook about fifteen minutes on each side.

5If candy starts to harden or blacken bottom of pan, turn down heat and continue to cook breasts until thoroughly cooked.

6(Check center by making a small cut with knife and fork to see if it is raw in the middle).

7Serve and enjoy!
