  • 1 lb. walnuts or pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Beat egg white and water until frothy.

    Coat nuts with this mixture.

    Next, mix the remaining ingredients and the nut mixture; mix all ingredients well.

    Spread covered nuts on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

    Turn over with spatula and bake another 15 minutes.

    Bake at 325° to 350° depending on your individual oven.
