- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

2Coat nuts with this mixture.

3Next, mix the remaining ingredients and the nut mixture; mix all ingredients well.

4Spread covered nuts on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

5Turn over with spatula and bake another 15 minutes.

6Bake at 325° to 350° depending on your individual oven.
