- 4 whole Egg Whites
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 pounds Pecans
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
Directions

1First up, beat the eggs whites until they are a stiff foam.

2Add in the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

3Mix it together and add in the nuts.

4Coat them well.

5Heat up the oven to 350 degrees.

6Drop the butter on a jelly roll pan and pop it in the oven and let it melt down.

7When completely melted, bring it out, spread it around the pan and place the nuts on the pan.

8Place the nuts in the oven for 20 minutes, being sure to turn them once or twice.

9Bring them out and cool them completely.
