- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in serving pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Rub chicken with salt and pepper.

2Saute in frypan in a little oil.

3Remove chicken from pan.

4Saute the onion in the oil.

5Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and mix well.

6Return chicken to pan and baste with sauce.

7Cover pan and cook over low heat, about one hour or until tender.

8Check occasionally and add water, if needed.
