  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white and water in a large bowl until frothy. Add pecans and mix well. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to nut mixture.

    Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 1 hour. Turn every 15 minutes.
