  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    In large bowl, mix egg white and water; in another bowl mix cinnamon, sugar and salt.

    Put nuts into egg and water mixture to cover nuts, then put nuts into other bowl.

    Stir until nuts are covered with cinnamon mixture.

    Butter pizza pan and spread nuts out.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
