- 3 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Place pecans in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Heat in 250° oven for 5 minutes.

3In a 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat.

4Stir in corn syrup, 1/4 cup of the sugar and cinnamon. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.

5Boil, without stirring, 5 minutes.

6Pour syrup over pecans, stirring constantly to coat evenly.

7Bake in 250° oven, stirring several times; immediately spread out on greased cookie sheets.

8Cool slightly. With 2 forks, separate pecans.

9Cool completely.

10Store in tightly covered container.

11Makes 3 cups.
