- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 8 c. pecans
Directions

1Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan with 2-inch sides.

2Beat egg whites.

3Add sugar.

4Fold in pecans.

5Add to pan with melted butter; mix well.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

7Pour out onto wax paper.

8Break apart; cool.

9Store in airtight container.
