- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200*.

2Mix dry ingredients (except nuts) in a large bowl.

3In another large bowl,beat egg white with water until frothy.

4Coat pecans with egg white mixture and then with sugar mixture.

5Spread on a well greased cookie sheet.

6Bake in oven turning nuts over every 15 minutes.

7Bake for 1 hour or more until toasted being careful not to burn.
