- 1 cup salted pepitas
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.

2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3Coat the pepitas in egg white.

4Mix in brown sugar, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.

5Lay them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

6Roast then in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they're golden brown. They will be kinda soft and gooey when you first remove them from the oven, but don't worry, they're crisp up as they cool.
