- 13 cups fresh popped corn
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 12 cup dry roasted salted peanut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Spray 15 X 10 X 1 inch pan with cooking spray.

3Put popped corn in large bowl.

4Set aside.

5Combine egg white, honey, vanilla, salt, and splenda in mixing bowl, whisk until blended.

6Stir in peanuts.

7Pour mixture over popped corn, toss to coat.

8Spread mixture in prepared pan.

9Bake 25 minutes.

10Stir occasionally.

11Remove from oven, spread on waxed paper to cool.

12Store in airtight container.
