- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, toasted

1Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into thin slices.

4Add sweet potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.

5Uncover; cook 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.

6Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with walnuts.
