Candied Sweet Potatoes

- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Scrub and bake sweet potatoes until soft.

2Peel and cut in 1/4-inch slices.

3Place slices in bottom of shallow casserole. Cut margarine in small pieces and spread over top of potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with salt.

4Sprinkle sugar evenly over potatoes. Add water.

5Bake, uncovered, at 375° for about 40 minutes.

6Serves 6.
