- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 lb. walnut halves
Directions

1Combine sugar, salt, orange rind and orange juice in a large bowl.

2Add walnuts; toss to coat.

3Line a large jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.

4Coat with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray.

5Spread walnuts evenly over foil.

6Bake walnuts in preheated 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until dark brown and bubbly, stirring the nuts halfway through.
