Candied Walnuts

  • 100 grams Walnuts
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

    1. Over a medium heat, add the sugar to a saucepan and stir gently until the sugar begins to melt.

    2. Once it's melted, add the walnuts and (quickly) stir thoroughly to make sure the nuts are coated. This will only take 2-3 minutes and it will get sticky!

    3. Transfer the walnuts to a sheet of baking parchment and allow them to cool (it wont take long, maybe 5 minutes). Once they've cooled, break up the clumps.
