- 2 c. walnuts
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Toast walnuts in a 350° oven for 8 minutes.

2Mix other ingredients and stir well.

3Place lid on pan and cook until syrup reaches a boil.

4Remove lid and simmer until it reaches a soft ball stage.

5Put in nuts; stir until all are coated and spread on waxed paper.

6Separate before cooling.
